What Can You Expect: At every one of our events, players will have the opportunity to perform in front of at least 10 scouts representing professional and semi-professional clubs from across the country — all searching for the next emerging talent. That opportunity could be yours.

Alongside this exposure, our team of UEFA-licensed coaches are on hand to support and guide you throughout the process. We understand that showcasing your ability can be a high-pressure experience, which is why we create a professional, supportive environment that allows players to perform with confidence.

Through elite-level training sessions and competitive matches, you will be given the platform to demonstrate your talent, develop your game, and take meaningful steps toward the next stage of your football journey.

How Does The Pathway Work: Our pathway is built on real results. We have supported over 100 talented young players in gaining opportunities within professional football environments — whether through trials, training experiences, or even securing contracts. We pride ourselves on helping players open doors that we know can often feel difficult to access.
